Texan Classics POWER Titanium Wood Set

Texan Classics POWER Titanium Wood Set. The clubs hit very well and feel great. However, similar to another gentleman’s review, today at the range(first time out, owned the clubs for 2 days) the 7 wood’s head flew off. I’ve contacted the seller for a replacement so we’ll see how that goes.

Im not a very experienced golfer but they worked well for me. There is not much difference between these clubs and 200.00 clubs. They are great clubs for the price. Palm Springs Golf 14 Way Full Length Divider Cart Bag. This Bag is a great buy. It is comparable to much more expensive bags and is actually lighter than I expected. It is lighter than my old bag which was much smaller. Many pockets conveniently located. I’m not crazy about the “putter holder” – its a clip on the side of the bag. But, the center “club hole” is cut a little shorter and holds my putter just fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this bag – you will be more than happy with it and it’s a great price. TaylorMade r7 CGB MAX Drivers. By far the best driver I’ve ever hit. Accuracy is unreal and hitting a draw is pure poetry. I find myself placing my drives instead of pounding them. The feel is light yet solid with no vibration and has excellent sound (especially when you crank it up). Forgiveness is exceptional but you know instantly when you strike it solid,the ball explodes off the face. Distance is effortless but I can’t resist testing the length now and then. Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport Putters

Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport Putters. I was hesitant to buy the Scotty Cameron Newport 2 because the price was $300. I was used to paying around $120 or less. I have mostly used Ping Anser putters which are one reason that drew me to the Newport 2. It has a classic styling which I was accustomed to. I finally tried out the putter in the golf store and realized how much more consistently the ball was coming off the putter head. I could gauge my speed much better. The problem that I have with a lot of the “cheaper” putters is that they all seem to have an insert of some sort which if you mishit even slightly can cause you to hit the ball too long or too short. One interesting thing I noticed is most of the “expensive” putters like the Scotty Camerons, Rossa, and even high end Pings have no insert but are just simply high grade steel. I would highly recommend anyone to try out the putter and the cost shouldn’t be an issue if you are willing to spend $400 on a driver. You use your putter way more on the golf course! Ping G10 Driver

Ping G10 Driver. I was so happy with my previous G10 driver that I had to get the same one when it got stolen. My previous one was a 9 degree and steel shaft and I felt like it hit a little farther. Graphite is supposed to hit it farther than steel, so maybe it was the difference in 10.5 vs 9 degree. Probably just related to my swing. But the club hits great. I am still learning to hit straight. But my friend friend that is pure muscle and 30 Lbs heavier than I am hits the Taylor Made Burner and seems to crush it. Cleveland CG15 Black Pearl Wedge

Cleveland CG15 Black Pearl Wedge. What more needs to be said than the fact that the USGA/PGA is outlawing these wedges because they are so good. I am just a duffer (low-mid 90s) and these wedges let me (occassionally) hit like a pro with backspin that stops the ball even on an average hit and lets me draw it back on a good hit. Burner SuperFast 2.0 Fairway Wood. Super Fast 2.0 3 wood, I’ve never had much luck with fairway woods but this club has changed the game for me. A lot of the par fives I’ve had to lay up in the past; with this club I can go for it and get there; most of the time.
